Add 10% of charter price for each additional guest past the trip minimum.
Prices do not include Tip or Fish Cleaning for the Deckhand
Tipping is 15%-20% of charter price. Fish Cleaning is .30 per pound of whole weight.
Additional information about your trip
No Personal Electronics Allowed. This includes hand-held G.P.S., Loran, or Cell phones with G.P.S. Possession of any such devices by any person on the boat will result in termination of the trip with No Refund.
The Emerald Spirit adheres to U.S.C.G. Zero-Tolerance on drugs. Any violation will result in termination of trip with no refund. Alcohol may be used in moderation. Any person having too much may cause the trip to be terminated.
Lost Tackle (rods and reels). Must be paid for at a cost of $200.00 each if destroyed, damaged, or lost.

Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits and Payments
To confirm your trip, you must pay a deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for this purpose. Please pay the remaining balance before the boat leaves the dock. Paying your deposit indicates that you accept the terms of our agreement. We may place a hold for the full trip amount up to 21 days before your scheduled departure. These holds can last up to 7 days at a time and may recur until your trip takes place.
If you book 21 days in advance, we require a 50% hold. For bookings made within 7 days of your trip, a 100% hold is required. To pay by check, you must write “For Deposit Check Only” on the check. We decline all other types of checks. All credit card payments include a 5% convenience fee, which will be added to the total trip price.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel private or walk-on trips up to 21 days in advance and receive a full refund. If you cancel a private trip less than 21 days out—or a walk-on trip less than 7 days out—you may rebook to avoid losing your deposit. If you don’t show up, you will forfeit your deposit.
Weather Conditions
Weather and sea conditions are unpredictable until the day of your trip. Only the captain can cancel the trip based on conditions. If we cancel and cannot reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
